Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff. This role is responsible for sourcing
top talent, screening candidates and supporting successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals across multiple specialties.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing through placement.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with client facilities.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Maintain ATS, CRM, and recruitment records.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring standards.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Healthcare staffing experience highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ATS, CRM, or VMS systems.
