Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Quality Assurance
Specialist to support and strengthen our internal operations. This role ensures company processes remain
accurate, efficient, compliant, and aligned with the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain internal quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Review workflows and operational processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify gaps, recurring issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Track quality metrics and prepare management reports.
• Assist departments with internal and external audit readiness.
• Gather documentation and verify compliance standards.
• Track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Follow up on resolutions and long-term improvements.
Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, compliance, auditing, or operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ATS systems.
