Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for networking, client engagement, and delivering superior recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Experience: Provide consistent and superior client experiences, attend industry events, and maintain client databases.
• Business Performance: Develop quotes, manage client requisitions, and engage potential clients.
• Candidate Relationship: Source, screen, and place candidates, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Operational: Track requisitions, schedule interviews, and maintain confidential records.
• Temporary Candidate Management:  Manage candidate assigned to various Clients, conduct candidate onboarding and continuous maintenance of candidates including HR support services

Qualifications:

• Tertiary level education in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and recruitment software.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
