The individual will also maintain strong client and candidate relationships, ensuring that recruitment solutions are aligned with client needs and agency standards.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and placement.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for various roles across sectors
Conduct initial pre-screening (telephone/virtual/in-person) to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing interview guidance and preparation.
Ensure all candidates meet agency compliance, background checks, and reference verification requirements.
Partner with clients to understand their workforce requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Prepare and present candidate profiles, recruitment reports, and shortlists to clients.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure high service delivery and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, placement success rate, etc.) and generate periodic reports.
Ensure candidate information is treated with confidentiality and in line with data protection policies.
Support recruitment marketing campaigns through social media, job fairs, and networking events.
Promote the agency’s brand as a preferred recruitment partner.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting (agency experience preferred).
Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment compliance, and HR best practices in Trinidad & Tobago
Familiarity with social media recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and digital sourcing tools.
