ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking to recruit a suitable qualified and experienced Reconciliation Officer at JN Bank Limited. The incumbent reconciles transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers together with the key accounts including bank accounts and he/she ensures that the assigned general ledger accounts are reconciled in a timely manner and that all the transactions with respect to the activities on these accounts are accurately and timely recorded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare daily/monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare Work in Progress Schedules
- Prepare Loan Proceed Schedules
- Prepare Cash in Transit Audit Schedules
- Prepare Audit Schedules for the relevant stakeholders
- Respond promptly to requests for information from internal and external partners within agreed timelines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized Tertiary Institution
- Budget Management and Accounting knowledge and experience
- At least three (3) years’ working experience in a related field

- Highly flexible and organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Group’s operations and core business systems
- Strong sales and relationship management skills
- Engaging and dynamic personality with superb customer service orientation

- High level of proficiency in use of computer systems, particularly MS Office Suite: Outlook Word & Excel
