Overview
We're hiring a results-driven Unit Manager to lead and develop a team of Life Insurance Salespeople. Your role is to recruit, coach, and manage performance to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of Life Insurance Salespeople
  • Set clear sales goals, monitor individual and team performance, and implement strategies to close gaps
  • Conduct joint client visits to support the team in sales presentations and prospecting
  • Deliver ongoing coaching, sales training, and guidance on product knowledge and use of digital tools
  • Ensure timely submission and quality of new business applications and supporting documentation
  • Monitor team portfolios, including policy deliveries, arrears, and lapse listings
  • Oversee team certification and registration processes with FSC and JAIFA
  • Identify opportunities for new business through group presentations, networking, and referral channels
  • Represent the company at marketing events and community outreach activities
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on team activity, sales performance, and business development efforts

 

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree (Business, Finance or Marketing preferred)
  • OLT & Equity-Linked certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in life insurance sales
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills
  • Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours
