The Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations related to receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, movement, and issuance of raw materials to the Production Department.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Planning, Receiving & Scheduling
• Coordinate all receiving activities for local and imported raw material shipments 
• Verify goods against purchase orders, purchase receipts, and shipping documents 
• Oversee unloading, inspection, and storage of materials 
Inventory Management & ERP Integrity
• Ensure accurate, real-time updates of all transactions in the ODOO ERP system 
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and variance reconciliation 
• Enforce proper storage practices and inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO) 
• Manage returns from Production with accurate documentation 
Production Support & Operations
• Ensure timely picking, staging, and transfer of materials to Production 
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages proactively 
• Coordinate warehouse activities to meet production demands 
Quality, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and proper storage conditions 
• Enforce safety procedures and proper equipment use 
• Maintain housekeeping standards 
Staff Supervision & Leadership
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse personnel 
• Conduct daily briefings and monitor team performance 
• Address operational and disciplinary matters as required 
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement 
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field   OR 
• CIPS Certification (Diploma / Advanced Level 3 and above) 
Experience
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations 
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred 
• ERP system experience is required 
• Experience with stock counts, reconciliations, and reporting
