To provide and promote effective quality assurance and compliance management as part of the quality improvement framework and support continuous improvement in accordance with Company guidelines, and standards.

We are looking to fill a vacany in our Tobago Office.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer requirements and ensure that requirements are met.
  • Promote the effective use of Quality Assurance tools and techniques and contribute to the presentation of reports to Management to ensure that performance is appropriately measured against key performance indicators.
  • Analyze performance indicators, trends and information from current activity, customer surveys and take necessary actions where appropriate.
  • Prioritize service development initiatives to meet service, divisional and corporate requirements, informed by research, current best practice, statutory requirements/guidance and consultation with stakeholders.
  • Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partnership organizations to embed a customer oriented culture with respect to the provision of quality service to clients.
  • Reviews potential changes in scope of contract and advises management and customer of potential impact changes.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of the delivery of quality customer service.
  • Monitor customer service against customer expectations and initiate creative measures to narrow and/or eliminate the “gap
  • Coordinate program planning with customer to ensure identification of appropriate security service schedules, goals, costs and similar considerations
  • Manage time and resources to execute assigned tasks
  • Conduct pre-contract liaison with account executives, customers, divisional managers and may participate in negotiating with key customers regarding contract terms and conditions.
  • Develop and/or administer training programs within the company, towards performance improvement or orientation sessions at customer locations with a wide range of individuals.
  • Participate in the overall security service strategy, research and development requirements for improved security services.
  • Review potential changes in scope of contract and advises management and customer of potential impact changes.
  • Provide continuing surveillance, through customer liaison, of the security services provided in support of the company’s overall objectives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Security Management or related field
  • 3-5 years related experience and or training
  • Supervisory and Management training
  • First Aid Training
  • International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO )
  • Security qualification in Physical Security Professional (PSP)
  • Certified in Security Supervision & Management (CSSM)
  • Security Supervision & Management Program (SSMP)
  • International Ship & Port Facility (ISPS)
  • Certified Protection Specialist (C.P.S.)
