To provide technical support services to the Quality Division to ensure that quality parameters are being met for high quality products to be produced to satisfy customer needs
To provide technical support services to the Quality Division to ensure that quality parameters are being met for high quality products to be produced to satisfy customer needs.
Perform, collect and provide daily trending and summaries for production, job start up, job on and job off meetings.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system (Max, Min, Mean, Median, Std. Deviation).
Preparations of product Certificate of Analysis.
Handles all on site audits as it relates to the physical lab and production lines.
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards based on daily review and analysis of testing sheets and compliance audits.
Responsible for document management of quality records (Filing/Labeling/Storage and Archiving).
Perform any other related duties as may be required by the job function.
Assist Quality Inspector in building and maintaining challenge sample library.
To comply with the Company’s/ Department’s procedures and policies belonging to the Quality Management System and the Health, Safety & Environmental Management System.
To fulfill the legal duties of the Occupational Safety & Health Act 2004 as an employee.
Certifications are an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Technician, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma.
Quality inspection and data analysis experience.
Strong presentation, data and reporting skills.
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
