M365 Solution Specialist

The M365 Solution Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Microsoft 365 applications.

Job Summary

The M365 Solution Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Microsoft 365 to empower employees to work more efficiently and collaboratively. The job holder will partner with departments to close process gaps, enhance productivity and drive innovation through digital transformation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, configuration and management of Microsoft 365 applications including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and propose M365-based solutions.
• Support integration and automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps and other M365 tools.
• Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance controls to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 products and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems or a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in  deployment, administration and support for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Microsoft 365 certification(s) and Project Management accreditation.
• Experience in creating Power BI reports and  analyzing data.
