Promoter

The incumbent will be required to demonstrate, merchandise and answer questions and make recommendations for the purpose of creating public interest in buying Bryden pi products and enhancing the value of the brands.

Bryden pi Ltd, one of the leading channel-focused distributors of Consumer, Health and Personal Care products in Trinidad and Tobago is on the lookout for the ideal candidate to join our unique family in the position of PROMOTER within our Consumer Division (Food And Grocery).

Some Main Responsibilities include: 

• Demonstrate or provide information on products to persuade customers to purchase.
• Engage in meaningful interactions with customers, create a positive image and lead consumers to use BPI products.
• Distribute product samples, coupons, brochures, flyers, or other incentives to source new sales opportunities.
• Outline interests and understand customer needs and requirements.
• Keep work areas neat while working and return items to correct locations for following promotions.
• Record promotional information and provide customer feedback, recommendations and sales via the use of the Promotions Fact sheet and submit to Promotions Coordinator on a weekly basis.
• Set up and arrange displays or demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
• Support the promotion of the Company’s brands through continuous updating of product knowledge.
• Follow directives given by Promotions Coordinator/Supervisor.
• Complete daily Promoters’ Report Sheets in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company

 Qualification, Experience and Requirement: 

• A minimum of three (3) CXC passes, which must include English and Mathematics
• Experience in Cosmetology for the Personal Care Team is required is an asset
• Or relevant combination of training and experience
• A valid Police Certificate of Good Character
