Basic Salary: $2,190,302.00 - $2,945,712.00 per annum
Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Plant Manager, the incumbent supervises production employees and gives direct assistance in the production and distribution of snacks for the schools in accordance with specifications and production schedule.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Keep current records of all production activities on a daily basis
- Produce required reports on a timely basis
- Supervise employees on their scheduled shifts and to request staffing as required.
- Oversee the entire operations of the Plant when working on the evening shift (2:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m.), and on Sundays.
- Make requisition for raw material batches in order to produce the required number of solids and liquids as per target.
- Ensure that all records of overtime, absenteeism, downtime, commodity utilization and production figures are accurately kept and are up-to-date.
- Ensure, by constant monitoring, that solids and liquids are done as per specification. This should include sensory testing prior to the distribution of snacks.
- Ensure that all employees are appropriately attired for their jobs.
- Ensure that all employees possess up-to-date Food Handlers’ Permits.
- Ensure that all machinery/equipment are fully maintained
- Ensure that proper sanitary and hygienic conditions are maintained
- Assist in the continuous training of employees assigned.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Performance Standards:
- Staff meet hygiene standards on a daily basis
- Reports are produced according to requirements and within stipulated time frames
- Raw material records are up to date and accurate
- Equipment malfunction are reported as they occur
- Products produced on a daily basis meet the documented standards
- Raw material is ordered within set time frame
- Sanitation is performed according to Quality Control requirements

Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Diploma in Production and Operations Management
- Certificate in Supervisory Management
- Three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory position, preferably in the food industry.
