Our client is hiring a Policy Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of PPLI policies, including onboarding, updates, and data cleanup, ensuring all policies are accurate, compliant, and ready for client delivery.

Overview:
Policy Administrators handle the full lifecycle administration of PPLI policies and structures. This includes onboarding, ongoing updates, and data cleanup, ensuring each policy is compliant, accurate, and client-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer end-to-end processes for PPLI policies, including setup, ongoing updates, and closures.
- Coordinate with banks, trustees, and external partners to support account openings and policy structuring.
- Prepare, process, and maintain accurate policy documentation including valuation reports, investment mandates, and regulatory forms (FATCA/CRS, W8/W9).
- Support compliance with AML/KYC requirements by collecting and verifying documentation for all policy parties and conducting identity/risk checks using approved tools.
- Manage data integrity by reviewing legacy files and updating internal systems to ensure accurate and complete records.
- Liaise with the Compliance and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, regulatory compliance, and financial processing.
- Prepare and issue client billing statements and introducer/agent commission reports, ensuring timely distribution and coordination with Finance on tracking and reconciliation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Insurance, Finance, or Business. Professional
certification (e.g., ALMI, ACS) is an asset.
Experience: 2–4 years in policy administration, insurance operations, or financial services. Exposure to structured insurance or private wealth is advantageous.
Key Skills:
- Accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Working knowledge of client onboarding processes and AML/KYC standards.
- Familiarity with international life insurance structures or asset-linked policies, would be an asset.
