Our client is hiring a Client Services & Policy Lead. The Client Services & Policy Lead manages all administrative processes related to PPLI policies and leads the Client Services team.
The Client Services & Policy Lead is responsible for overseeing all administrative processes related to PPLI policies (including VUL, FCV, ZCV, and DVA). This role manages the full Client Services team and acts as a key liaison between the company and clients/representatives or their investment managers to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous service delivery.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., LOMA, FLMI) is a plus.
Experience: 5–8 years in client services or policy administration in insurance, wealth management, or private banking,preferably with experience in PPLI or HNWI servicing.
