Plant Engineer (Grenada), CARIB Brewery Limited

The incumbent will be responsible for formulating & executing projects in order to maximize plant performance for Carib Brewery Grenada Limited.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

• The incumbent will be responsible for formulating & executing projects in order to maximize plant performance for Carib Brewery Grenada Limited. 

Job Description:

• Manages the overall maintenance, lifecycle assessment, selection and implementation of all Brewery equipment.
• Oversees the hiring, management, and training of engineering personnel.
• Manages the design and implementation of engineering projects.
• Manages the engineering spare parts and other maintenance supplies.
• Prepares annual budget, anticipating the needs of the Company.
• Performs any other related duties required by the job function.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BSc. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Over five (5) years’ experience in a management position, leading key projects and teams
