Join the team at Jamaica’s premier 1,000-acre adventure estate! As a Paramedic at Yaaman Adventure Park, you will be the primary medical responder for guests and staff participating in

high-energy activities including ATV & Mud Buggy rides, Ziplining and Secret
River excursions. Your role is to ensure a safe, world-class experience by providing immediate, expert medical care in a unique outdoor hospitality environment

Key Responsibilities: 

 Emergency Response: Provide rapid Advanced Life Support (ALS) for injuries or illnesses
occurring across the 1,000-acre property. 

 Clinical Care: Assess patients, provide emergency treatment, administer pain
relief/medications, and manage intravenous infusions as needed. 

 Stabilization & Transport: Stabilize and prepare patients for transfer to local medical
facilities in Ocho Rios. 

 Safety Monitoring: Conduct daily checks of medical stations and first aid kits at high- adventure zones (Zipline, ATV trails).  Documentation: Maintain accurate client care forms and incident reports in compliance with
park protocols.

 Required Qualifications and Experience: 

 Certification: Valid Paramedic Certification (NREMT-P or equivalent Jamaican professional
certification). 

 Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an EMT or Paramedic, preferably in a
high-volume or outdoor setting. 

 Driver’s License: Valid General Driver’s License (3000kg and over) with a clean record and
Defensive Driving Certificate (to operate on-site emergency vehicles).
