As the funding recipient and executing agency of the Catalytic Fund, the company has established a Project Execution Unit (PEU) to manage implementation, finances, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Salary TT$12,000/month 

Hybird vacancy - subject to change

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and daily management of the program, ensuring effective implementation of activities outlined in the CAF Project Operations Manual.
  • Assist the company’s leadership team with coordination and monitoring of project components to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Contribute to project planning by developing work plans, schedules, and resource tracking tools, and facilitating stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor project expenditures, update financial records, and assist in preparing budget reports and related documentation.
  • Support coordination and communication among CAF, the Ministry of Finance, and the company to ensure compliance with reporting and operational requirements.
  • Maintain working relationships with partnering financial institutions to ensure program objectives are met and agreement obligations fulfilled.
  • Collect, analyze, and track data from partner financial institutions, ensuring timely submission of required reports.
  • Analyze program and project data to generate accurate, insightful reports that inform decision-making and track performance against targets.
  • Identify and help resolve challenges during project implementation, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Align project activities with overall program objectives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Support procurement processes under the fund to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit required reports in line with the Project Operating Manual, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. Reports include annual, quarterly/semi-annual, midterm, and final submissions tracking strategic goals, implementation, compliance, financial progress, environmental and social performance, outcomes, and sustainability measures.

 

Required Expertise and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar environment, preferably within a financial institution
  • Experience supporting the administration and implementation of development financing or c    redit execution programs within structured monitoring and reporting frameworks
  • Strong data analysis and report writing skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain collaborative relationships with financial institutions and government agencies
  • Experience preparing project plans, progress updates, and documentation in line with required formats and standards
  • Prior experience working within a Project Execution Unit or similar environment supporting development bank-funded programs is an asset
