Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Administrator to support our growing technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage our network systems, maintain security, and assist with ongoing and upcoming server migrations across on-premise and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VOIP systems, specifically 3CX PBX

• Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies

• Oversee and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks)

• Manage, monitor, and optimize cloud servers (Azure, AWS, or similar)

• Provide technical support for server migrations, including planning, data transfer, testing, and cut-over

• Perform hardware and software maintenance for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity safeguards, backups, and access controls

• Diagnose and resolve network and system issues

• Support end-users with IT-related concerns

• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and infrastructure updates

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role

• Hands-on experience with VOIP technologies, especially 3CX PBX

• Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

• Knowledge of server migration processes (on-premise to cloud or server-to-server)

• Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and connectivity issues

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred (an asset, not required)

• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, Network+, Security+, or similar

• Experience with Linux environments

• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery systems

• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
