GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Increase membership sign-ups according to sales goals and support the highest standards of member-customer service in attending to: membership new applications, membership renewals, refund-return replacement and repair of merchandise. | ||

1 | Coordinates and monitors the membership counter and sales personnel daily activities and the processing of new memberships and renewals. | |
2 | Supervise the refund process is followed according to company’s policies and procedures, as well as, reconcile till with refunded merchandise during each shift. | |
3 | Verify that all members’ sales information is entered correctly on the AS400 by the membership personnel by daily auditing of applications against the system. | |
4 | Oversees offering of our Cobranded Credit Card and increase in the amount of dual credit cardholders in the country according to the established goals. | |
5 | Supports new promotions or activities in the club. | |
