Actively recruit and onboard doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers under the company’s umbrella through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
Present the company’s value proposition to potential partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Provide feedback to management on doctor/customer needs and emerging gaps.
Ensure all onboarding agreements with doctors/HCPs comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and onboarding progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Previous sales experience, particularly in the medical or pharmaceutical industry, is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
