What do you bring to the table?
- You have experience with retail fashion / fashion merchandise
- An interest in / experience with luxury fashion
- Ability to identify and analyze fashion trends and consumer behavior to predict what products will be popular.
- Minimum 3 to 6 months of sales experience
- Experience with Google Suite of Products, Ring Central, Zendesk, Dial Pad
- Your communication style is clear and concise and you’re able to express good empathy and tone across both verbal and nonverbal communication
- You have a knack for de-escalating hot interactions and escalations, never losing your cool and leaving customers in a better place
- You are not afraid to share ideas
- Passion for helping others
- Passion for learning and self-improvement
- Committed to working in a full-time position
- Someone who works with minimal micromanagement while still achieving or exceeding the targets set
- Someone who will not have attendance and or adherence issues that will lead to accountability conversations

- Someone receptive to feedback while focusing on the best version of themself
