Medical Sales Representative

Position: Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Actively recruit and onboard doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers under the company’s umbrella through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
  • Present the company’s value proposition to potential partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Provide feedback to management on doctor/customer needs and emerging gaps.
  • Ensure all onboarding agreements with doctors/HCPs comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and onboarding progress.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in the medical or pharmaceutical industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Special Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours
