MARKETING SUPERVISOR
JOB SUMMARY: CGA Limited is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person for the position of Marketing Supervisor to lead a vibrant, creative marketing team. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Research
- Develop and implement marketing plan and ensure alignment to brand guidelines.
- Research and analyze a variety of marketing information, including market share, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specification, demographic data.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and ensure alignment to brand guidelines, including content creation and social media management for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.
Website Management
- Manage and update the development of content and design.
Brand Strategies
- Develop brand strategy and take the lead on brand awareness, initiatives.
- Identify partnership opportunities and attend meetings with potential brand partners/distributors as required.
Communication Strategies
- Develop a detailed communications plan for all media channels.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage client relations, ensure customer satisfaction, and escalate client issues as required.
- Develop and grow long-term key client relationship and deliver high levels of client satisfaction.
Sponsorship Management
- Manage all sponsorship requests, ensure satisfaction, and measure their value to the company.
Management Reporting
- Management reports at least twice monthly.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- BSc. Strategic Marketing, Management Studies, or equivalent, or Minimum (5) years’ work experience in relevant field.
- Experience developing, implementing and measuring strategic marketing plans and measuring results.
- Demonstrated ability in planning and managing budgets.
- Experience cultivating and managing client relationships.
- Experience developing, directing and managing multiple projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Multi-lingual skills appreciated. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth.
Minimum Proven Experience in Handling:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic Art and Design
- Essentials of Public Speaking and Presentation
- Technical Report Writing
- Organized and customer centric
- Strong time management skills
- Must own a proper working vehicle
- Experience working within FMCG Industry will be an asset
