Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the 12-month rolling Cycle Planning process to align brand, trade, and customer strategies with business objectives.
Develop brand positioning, portfolio strategy, and pricing frameworks that drive market share and revenue growth.
Build and manage strategic partnerships, ensuring strong ROI and long-term brand exclusivity opportunities.
Define Retail Execution Standards and “Look of Success” by brand and channel to strengthen in-market competitiveness.
Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to align marketing with commercial performance targets.
Champion market insights, brand health indicators, and consumer analytics to close performance gaps and guide investment decisions.
Shape innovation and new product strategies in line with consumer trends and competitive dynamics.
Establish relationships with key organizations, influencers, and ambassadors to amplify brand equity.
Build a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability within the marketing team.
