Role Overview:

The Marketing Assistant handles daily administrative and marketing tasks while coordinating various company activities in close collaboration with the Line of Business (LOB).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Orders and distributes marketing collateral to branches.
  • Processes invoices and maintains accurate records.
  • Prepares and updates a monthly log of sponsorship requests.
  • Prepares cheques for approved donations in line with internal processes.
  • Compiles monthly foundation and CSR-related reports.
  • Coordinates branding and booth setup for sponsored events.
  • Fulfils branch requests to support sales events and initiatives.
  • Supports the execution of key CSR initiatives, including flagship events.
  • Assists with the delivery of promotional activities and client events.
  • Supports the execution of public relations activities.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • An associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, campaign coordination, administration, or related field.
  • Able to work well with a team.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a knack for proactive communication.
  • Proficient in computer skills (including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).
