The Lifecycle Specialist will play a key role in delivering data-driven customer engagement across our digital channels. This role supports our digital transformation by ensuring customer interactions are personalised, timely & impactful.

Position:                               Lifecycle Specialist– KFC & Pizza Hut

 

Reporting Relationship:      This position reports to the Digital & Ecommerce Manager

Summary:                            The Lifecycle Specialist will play a key role in delivering data-driven customer engagement    across our digital channels. This role supports our digital transformation by ensuring    customer interactions are personalised, timely, and impactful. The incumbent will be    responsible for building and optimising automated lifecycle journeys using customer data    and marketing technology to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lifecycle Campaign Execution

  • Plans, builds, and executes multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Develops and manage automated customer journeys (onboarding, retention, reactivation, and promotional campaigns).
  • Implements personalization and segmentation strategies to improve engagement.

 

CRM & Martech Ownership

  • Owns and manage lifecycle marketing platforms, including Braze and Talon One.
  • Ensures campaigns are executed efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
  • Maintains best practices in campaign setup, QA, and deployment.

 

Data Integration & Automation

  • Designs and maintain event-driven data flows between systems (e.g., Talon One and Braze).
  • Builds and optimize automation using APIs, webhooks, and dynamic templating (Liquid).
  • Collaborates with engineering teams to improve tools, workflows, and integrations.

 

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitors campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
  • Analyzes data to generate insights and continuously improve lifecycle performance.
  • Supports the development of dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Conducts A/B testing and experimentation to optimize messaging and journeys.

 

Data & Segmentation

  • Query and analyze customer data using SQL.
  • Builds and maintain audience segments for targeted campaigns.
  • Ensures data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

 

Technical Skills (Preferred or Willingness to Learn):

  • CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)
  • SQL for data analysis and segmentation
  • APIs, webhooks, or tools like Postman
  • JSON, Liquid templating, HTML/CSS
  • Basic scripting (JavaScript, Python, Ruby or similar)

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Studies or related discipline.
  • Braze Certification would be an asset.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation
  • Experience executing email or lifecycle marketing campaigns
