Supervise and control the storage and movement of high-value, small stock items to and from the security cage in accordance with the Company's policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure timely collection and receipt of stock and to minimise loss.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
• Supervise the performance of the team especially regarding the dispatch process to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and mitigate the risk of stock loss.
• Supervise the verification and receipt of high value items into the high security cage from International Receipts to mitigate the risk of stock loss.
• Oversee and assist with the inventory of the High Security Cages via the use of relevant checks and documentation, including daily, cycle, quarterly and annual counts to mitigate the risk of stock loss and verify stock accuracy.
• Supervise the access into and out of the high security cages by designated personnel for the purpose of picking and packing stock to mitigate the risk of stock loss.
• Ensure that products are always accurately labelled and identified in compliance with the relevant standards and procedures to mitigate the risk of stock loss.
• Ensure that all incoming products are adequately stored to minimize risk of damage to the said product.
• Demonstrate high standards of housekeeping and maintain the cages in a clean and orderly manner in accordance with HSE standards.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned to you by your management line to ensure effective operation of the department.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Diploma in Management or any related field.
• Five (5) GCE/CXC/CSEC Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and Language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Two (2) years’ experience in warehouse environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Team leading and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage talent and develop others.
• Must be organized, self-confident/motivated, goal-oriented, customer service focused, persistent and committed, and able to cope well in stress-related environments
• Honesty and integrity.
• Reliable, trustworthy and a good team player.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety would be an asset.
• Ability to work long hours.
