The Company is looking for someone who is organized, customer focused, and comfortable working in a busy office environment with both in person and online interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with walk-in customers and answering product enquiries.
2. Helping to prepare quotations and process customer orders.
3. Maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments and customer details.
4. Assisting with Company social media pages (posting, responding and updating).
5. Assisting with Marketing activities.
6. Following up on overdue custome accounts to ensure timely payments.
7. Providing general administrative support to the export team.
