Job Summary 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and efficiency. The Line cook will work closely with the Chef to oversee daily kitchen activities, supervise staff, and maintain the highest culinary standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

Kitchen Operations & Food Preparation 

• Ensure all dishes are prepared to company standards in taste, presentation, and portioning. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace. 

• Monitor and enforce food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance). 

• Assist in portion control and recipe standardization. 

• Ensure consistency in taste, plating, and portion sizes across all dishes. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen 

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred. 

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen operations, and cost control. 

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
