OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).  The Clients’ Learning & Development function is expanding operations at JESS to support the Learning Operations process area.  Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support Client’s back office operations.

JOB SUMMARY:

The L&D Learning Operations Assistant Officer will be responsible for creating and validating courses and corresponding classes in the Learning management system and assisting with setting up of virtual classroom sessions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  • Assist with the creation and validation of courses, classes (offerings) in our Learning Management System
  • Liaise with project managers for course setup
  • Assist with virtual classroom setup
  • Assist with scheduling and sending invitations for virtual sessions
  • Managing CPE documentation and other course files
  • Assist with downloading and archiving course files
  • Assist with any other adhoc tasks as requested

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree / 13th Grade
  • At least six months working in a professional environment
