Job Summary:
The Internal Communications Coordinator (Cluster) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal communication strategies across multiple hotel properties within the Royalton Hotels and Resorts portfolio. This role ensures effective dissemination of information, promotes engagement, and maintains a consistent brand voice to foster a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will leverage strong communication skills, technological proficiency, and stakeholder engagement expertise to support internal initiatives and enhance staff communication.
