Responsible for managing and coordinating internal communications at a cluster level, ensuring the proper deployment and execution of the corporate communication strategy across assigned countries and hotels.

Job Summary:

The Internal Communications Coordinator (Cluster) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal communication strategies across multiple hotel properties within the Royalton Hotels and Resorts portfolio. This role ensures effective dissemination of information, promotes engagement, and maintains a consistent brand voice to foster a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will leverage strong communication skills, technological proficiency, and stakeholder engagement expertise to support internal initiatives and enhance staff communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with the company’s goals and brand messaging across all properties within the cluster.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications via email, intranet, digital signage, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with management teams to ensure key messages are effectively communicated to staff at all levels.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal events, announcements, and staff engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms and tools, including intranet sites and employee portals.
  • Collect feedback from staff to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Support HR initiatives related to staff engagement, morale, and organizational culture.
  • Manage internal communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of messages.
  • Monitor and report on communication metrics to assess reach and engagement levels.
  • Assist with the creation of multimedia content, including newsletters, videos, and digital content.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff to ensure transparency and open communication channels.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, public relations, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, intranet platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Experience working in hospitality or large organizational settings is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field and

  •  Certifications or additional training in Internal Communication, Corporate Communication, Employee Experience, or Engagement are considered an advantage.
