Office Administrator and Assistant Property Manager.

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented professional to join our team in a dual role as Office Administrator and Assistant Property Manager. This is a dynamic position that blends administrative support with property management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and responsibility.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage office communications and records.
  • Support property management tasks such as monthly and weekly maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with suppliers/contractors.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Maintain property expense records, payments, and insurance documentation.
  • Draft meeting minutes, notices, and other formal communications.
  • Enter and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in office administration and/or property management.
  • Basic accounting skills and QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with home owners.
