Optimize beverage production by improving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring consistent quality in fast‑paced operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Analyse bottling, packaging, and distribution workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Line Balancing & Throughput: Design strategies to maximize production line speed while maintaining product quality and safety.
Resource Utilization: Optimize use of raw materials, labour, and equipment to reduce costs and minimize waste.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to maintain beverage standards and reduce defects during filling and packaging.
Data Analysis: Use statistical tools to monitor production KPIs (e.g., OEE, yield, downtime) and recommend corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and workplace safety standards.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce variability.
Automation & Technology: Support integration of automated systems for filling, labelling, and palletizing processes.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes specific to beverage production (filling, carbonation, pasteurization, packaging).
Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
Ability to work with ERP systems and production monitoring tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience in beverage or food manufacturing preferred.
Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.
