Human Resources - St. George’s, Grenada

We are looking for a motivated HR professional to provide day-to-day support in HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. This role is essential in helping maintain a positive workplace culture, assisting staff, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR policies, processes, and daily operations.

  • Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.

  • Help drive employee engagement and retention activities.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Support training initiatives and performance management processes.

  • Assist in managing HR systems, benefits, and employee records.

  • Partner with managers and staff to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a call center/BPO environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and compliance basics.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
