Human Resources - St. George’s, Grenada
We are looking for a motivated HR professional to provide day-to-day support in HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. This role is essential in helping maintain a positive workplace culture, assisting staff, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR policies, processes, and daily operations.
Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
Help drive employee engagement and retention activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support training initiatives and performance management processes.
Assist in managing HR systems, benefits, and employee records.
Partner with managers and staff to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a call center/BPO environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and compliance basics.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
