Human Resources Assistant

Location: Arima

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–3 years in a similar HR role

Education: Diploma in HR/Business Management or BA in HR Management Studies

As our company continues to grow, so does the need for strong internal support. That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team.

 

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our HR department. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and other departments to support recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and general HR administration.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people, strong organizational skills, and a desire to execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Bringing your HR Administrative experience with you, into this role will give you the platform to further develop your hands-on HR expertise in a growing business.

 

Some Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities which includes processing resumes, coordinating interview schedules and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of HR related documentation in the company operations such as employee contracts, promotion letters, transfer letters, job letters, performance appraisal, termination etc.
  • Record accurate minutes at HR related meetings and obtain signatures from all relevant persons in a timely manner and place in relevant files.
  • Coordinates and administers the Compensation & Benefits Programmes in line with company policies and practices. This includes Group Health & Life, Annuity, NIS, Workmen’s Compensation, Uniforms, Employee Assistance, and other benefits.
  • Follow up and enter all leave forms for absences within specified time frame for accurate payroll information for all monthly and fortnightly staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation via hard and soft copy in following proper HR Audit practice. While maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, staff events, holiday parties, etc.
