Hostess

We're seeking an experienced Hostess to provide a warm welcoming and smooth seating experience for all our guests by managing guest flow, communicating wait times, and supporting dining service with calm professionalism.

Role Summary 

You’ll greet guests with genuine hospitality, manage seating and waitlists, and support both dine-in and takeout service with calm, confident efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Manage seating, waitlists, and guest flow during peak times
• Assign tables to maintain smooth service across all dining areas
• Keep the host stand and entrance clean, organized, and inviting
• Communicate accurate wait times and keep guests informed
• Assist servers with table resets when needed
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns courteously
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, specials, events, and policies

Qualifications

• Customer service or restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and guest-focused in a fast-paced setting
• Professional appearance and positive, welcoming attitude
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling payment transactions
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
