We're seeking an experienced Server to provide warm, attentive table service, support take-out orders with accuracy, and help maintain a smooth flow between the dining room, kitchen, and bar.

Role Summary 

As a Server, you are an essential part of creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll provide warm, attentive table service, support take-out orders with accuracy, and help maintain a smooth flow between the dining room, kitchen, and bar. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions confidently
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring guests feel well cared for
• Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction
• Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain service flow
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• Keep the dining area and server station clean, organized, and guest-ready

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash/card handling
• Team-oriented, positive, and professionally presented
• Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail
