Wisynco Group Limited is seeking a Haulage Clerk who will be responsible for ensuring that all data related to truckers, invoices, and deliveries is accurate and up to date. The role also includes reconciling trucking sheets and returned invoices in a timely and precise manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process trucker charges and submit invoices for credit notes in a timely manner.
  • Accurately return and reconcile all invoices.
  • Monitor truckage release information to ensure all invoices linked to trucking sheets are reconciled for payment within 12 hours of submission to the Haulage Department.
  • Resolve trucker queries by addressing complaints and discrepancies, particularly those related to payments, to ensure accountability.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents with the objective of achieving resolution among all parties involved.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all email communications from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all invoices and supporting documents are submitted to the Filing Department within established timelines.
  • Circulate daily email summaries of all released invoices to the Filing Department.
  • Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.

JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCIES (MINIMUM)

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

  • A minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects, including Mathematics or Principles of Accounts and English A, with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrates strong work ethics with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Highly meticulous, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
