Job Profile: To provide comprehensive HR support to the organization by assisting in the effective delivery of HR services, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. HR OPERATIONS SUPPORT Assist in the administration of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exit processes. Coordinate interview schedules and candidate assessments and provide support in preparing recruitment documentation.
  2. BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION Support the administration of employee benefits, including health plans, pension schemes, severance payments, and workmen’s compensation. Maintain accurate records of leave balances, assist with leave processing, and coordinate benefits communications to employees.
  3. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and coordinate training sessions for staff. Liaise with external training providers to facilitate developmental programs and maintain training records for compliance and reporting purposes.
  4. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Assist in implementing employee engagement programs such as internships, apprenticeships, and work experience initiatives. Support the Industrial Relations team in handling disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and investigations, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
  5. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE AWARENESS Work closely with Quality and Compliance teams to support the integration of safety and security protocols within HR practices. Assist in coordinating training on safety standards, maintaining training documentation, and ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
  6. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Assist in the administration of the performance management process, coordinating review cycles, providing feedback tools, and ensuring timely documentation of performance assessments across all departments.
  7. HRIS SUPPORT Assist in maintaining the HR Information System, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security. Conduct routine audits to verify data and generate reports to support HR strategy and decision-making.
  8. EMPLOYEE RECORDS MANAGEMENT Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records. Implement standardized procedures for document management, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including periodic audits to verify record completeness and accuracy.
  9. OTHER DUTIES Perform additional HR-related tasks and projects as assigned to support the overall objectives of the HR department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
