We are seeking two (2) dynamic HR Business Partners to join our Group HR team. These roles are critical to shaping our people strategy and driving a high-performance culture across all business units.

HR Business Partner 1 – People Relations and Policy 

Key Focus Areas

  • Employee Relations (Group-wide)
  • Industrial Relations (letters, suspensions, hearings, terminations, disciplinary management)
  • Grievances & Demotions
  • Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
  • General HR Correspondence & Policy Enforcement
  • HRIS Oversight & Data Integrity

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and advise on employee relations matters to ensure fair and consistent treatment.
  2. Lead industrial relations proceedings: investigations, suspensions, hearings, terminations.
  3. Oversee demotions and reassignments in compliance with policies and labor law.
  4. Handle grievances objectively and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Develop and monitor PIPs in collaboration with line managers.
  6. Draft, review, and issue HR correspondence including contracts, letters, and memos.
  7. Oversee HRIS accuracy, functionality, and reporting.
  8. Supervise and develop administrative support staff (Receptionist, HR Clerk).
  9. Partner with the other HRBP to align on engagement, policy updates, and HR strategy.

HR Business Partner 2 – Talent, Development & Engagement

  • Engagement, Reward & Recognition
  • Succession Planning

Responsibilities

  1. Lead recruitment and talent pipeline strategies.
  2. Oversee performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, appraisals).
  3. Manage probationary assessments and timely confirmations/extensions.
  4. Manage the training process, create training plans and monitor completion of training along with quality of training, instore visits and lifecycle checks
  5. Design and implement career progression and succession frameworks.
  6. Conduct leadership mapping and guide high-potential development.
  7. Oversee training needs assessments, program delivery, and ROI measurement.
  8. Develop engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, and follow-up action plans.
  9. Supervise Recruiter, T&D Coordinator, and HR Clerk for delivery of people programs.
