The Guest Service Attendant provides fast, efficient food and beverage service in airport and canteen operations. Must be able to stand for long periods and work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Job Purpose
The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for delivering high quality food and beverage service at operational locations. The role ensures exceptional customer service, maintains cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with HACCP principles, and supports day to day operations to create a positive guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills
• Certification in Food and Beverage Service or Food Safety (an asset)
• Practical knowledge of food service and basic food preparation
• Five (3) CSEC/O’ Level passes including Mathematics and English
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Proven customer service orientation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to quality, accuracy and service standards
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures
• Good command of the English language
• Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast paced environments
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, bend, carry and move items as needed for service
• Ability to work in a fast paced operational environment
• Must be able to work shift systems, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays
