Just graduated with a degree in engineering and ready to make your mark?

Tucker Energy Services is proud to present our 2025 Graduate Training Programme (GTP), a dynamic 2-year experience crafted to launch your career in the energy sector and shape your future growth.

What We Offer?

• A structured and immersive 2-year training journey across diverse field operations and  various engineering services.
• Hands-on exposure to real-world operational and engineering activities within several oil and gas service disciplines.
• Mentorship by seasoned industry professionals and a supportive learning environment to accelerate your growth.

Who is eligible?

• You must be a graduate who obtained your degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, petroleum, chemical and process, electrical) within the last year (graduated in 2024) or graduating before October 2025.
• You should possess no more than one (1) year work experience
• You should be a national of Trinidad and Tobago
