Job Scope:

To design and implement innovative fundraising and outreach strategies that advance the mission, visibility, and sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract and secure financial support for key initiatives, while managing promotional activities and stakeholder engagement.
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently to maintain high departmental performance and operational effectiveness.
  • To lead the development and execution of comprehensive fundraising campaigns and manage the operational and financial performance of key initiatives.
  • To collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to ensure alignment of fundraising and marketing strategies with broader institutional goals.
  • Monitor progress toward strategic goals and prepare detailed reports for internal leadership and committees as needed.
  • Oversee and manage the departmental budget to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with donors, partners, and other key stakeholders to support ongoing development efforts.
  • Perform additional duties and provide support as required to advance departmental and organizational priorities.

Educational and Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related area
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Strong presentation and digital communication abilities
