To develop and implement fundraising strategies and assist in managing the overall operational, budgetary and financial objectives of the Archbishop’s Appeal.

Our client is seeking to fill the position of: Head of Fundraising and Development
SALARY: $20,000.00
Travel: $1,000.00
Cell: $200.00
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To develop Fundraising Strategies and promote and manage fundraising for
projects assigned by the Archbishop.
2. To plan and allocate resources and maintain work systems that enable optimum
performance of the department in accordance with Archdiocesan policies and
procedures.
3. To track strategic goal accomplishment and to manage the preparation and
maintenance of reports for Management Committees and the Finance Council as
necessary or requested.
4. To prepare and manage operating budgets for the department.
5. To communicate with the Archbishop and other key contacts in the Archdiocese
and cultivate and maintain relationships that would be advantageous to Fundraising
efforts.
6. To perform other related functions/responsibilities as assigned and provide other
fundraising support/assistance as required.
Educational Qualifications:
BSc. Degree or equivalent in Business Management or related field
Training:
On-the-job training as required

Computer Literate – Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel etc.)
