Deliverables & Services Required

Funding & Revenue Generation

• Research, identify, and evaluate grant opportunities, funding programs, and bid competitions aligned with organizational objectives
• Develop and write compelling grant proposals, funding applications, and tender responses
• Build and maintain relationships with funders, government agencies, foundations, and potential partners
• Create comprehensive funding strategies and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all funder requirements, terms, and reporting obligations
• Negotiate contract terms and funding agreements

Project Management & Implementation

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for funded initiatives from inception to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Prepare progress reports, financial statements, and impact assessments for funders
• Implement quality assurance processes and maintain project documentation

Consultancy & Partnership Management

• Identify, evaluate, and engage external consultants and service providers
• Oversee consultant performance, deliverables, and contract compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure value for money
