Role Overview:

• Supports business partners with financial insights and reporting.
• Leads key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with operations, finance, and leadership teams.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement close processes.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls (e.g., SOX).
• Review key reserves and balance sheet fluctuations quarterly.
• Provide operational insights to enhance business planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Sense of ownership and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA and/or MBA.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, and Tablea
