We are looking for A Facilities / Installation Supervisor to join the team.

You will be working with a special international group specializing in architectual design and construction managament- URCOISA.

Job Functions

  • Ensure the project is completed within the established financial expectations.
  • Ensure that subcontractors and contractors fully complete their tasks in compliance with current codes, regulations, and standards applicable to each specialty.
  • Ensure that contracts are properly fulfilled and that all parties involved are satisfied with the project.
  • Identify and minimize risks on construction sites to ensure employee safety. Also ensure that team members strictly follow all on-site safety regulations and guidelines.
  • As project leaders, serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed about expectations and any changes throughout the project.
  • Plan to optimize resource use, reduce conflicts, and resolve issues creatively.
  • Estimate project duration by tracking work hours and determining the time required for each stage.
  • Analyzing technical drawings from various specialties (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, industrial kitchens, fire protection systems, BMS).
  • Prepare functional diagrams for the aforementioned specialties.
  • Review and prepare concept catalogs for budget requests and/or drafting tender documents for contracting.
  • Review and analyze technical and economic estimates.
  • Prepare technical and financial comparison reports.
Job Requirements
  • Professional degree in Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Civil Engineering, with proven experience in installations
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising hotel building projects in the installations specialty.
  • Supervision of projects with a value exceeding 50 million USD.
  • Experience in the development of hotel and residential projects.
  • Experienced professional with a solid background in supervising architectural projects.
  • Extensive technical knowledge, results-oriented, with excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Able to take initiative in a changing environment and respond effectively to construction site needs.
  • Knowledgeable of applicable regulations and standards.
  • Experience in new construction projects and coordination among various stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
  • Analytical thinker.
  • Able to work flexible hours and perform well under pressure.
  • Team player.
  • Effective communicator with adaptability to different work environments.
  • Skilled in managing relationships with various interlocutors and reporting to supervisors.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks, taking initiative, and adapting to different stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Maintains and updates monitoring tools such as progress reports, schedules, budgets, task charts, and communication tools.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD.
  • Experienced in evaluating suppliers and installation companies
