To work with the Facilities and Maintenance Department to deliver a wide range of electrical/ plumbing/ installation services and inspections while assisting with the implementation of improvements to enhance workflow across the organization.
Supreme Ventures Services Limited, a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited, is seeking to identify a Facilities Officer to
provide support, specifically minor electrical/plumbing repairs, to join or facilities team.
This candidate would be responsible for the following key areas of focus, but not limited to:
• Ability to assist with minor electrical and plumbing repairs when necessary.
• Overseeing building work/renovation at any given time
• Supervise all service providers, as per preventative maintenance schedule.
• Allocating and managing space within buildings
• Managing building maintenance activities
• Ensure all facilities are free from health and safety hazards (as per health and safety standards and guidelines) and provide recommendations where necessary to improve same.
• Assist with outsourcing contractors when instructed.
• Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Carry out weekly building inspections (plumbing/ electrical etc.) at all locations.
• Assist with transportation across the group as instructed.
• Assist with any other duties within the Facilities department as instructed.
The individual would be expected to operate in an objective and transparent manner and set and maintain high work
standards while doing the following duties:
• Keep accurate and organized record keeping of company assets. (Soft and hard copy files)
• Timely execution of all scheduled maintenance services and impromptu fixes.
• Minimize all health and safety hazards in the office workspace.
• Ensure all service providers/ contractors delivery quality work in a timely manner with little to no defects.
• Ability to assist with minor electrical and plumbing repairs when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•
Associate Degree/ Certification in electrical/ mechanical/ building maintenance or other relevant areas of studies.
•
3 years of experience in building maintenance
•
Proficient in computer skills and in-dept knowledge of Microsoft Applications, specifically Outlook
•
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
•
Knowledge of and experience in the gaming/lottery industry are an asset.
