Position Title: F&A Recruiter

Location: 26 Bay Road, St. James, Port of Spain

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Role Overview:

Seeking a skilled Recruiter with a background in Finance & Accounting (F&A) to identify, attract, and hire top talent for finance and accounting roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview candidates for F&A positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to find top talent.
• Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in F&A recruitment or a degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years working in accounting or finance field
• Ability to engage candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage expectations and close offers effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• ACCA, CPA, CFA, or finance certifications (a plus).
• Experience recruiting for roles like accountants, financial analysts, controllers, auditors, etc.
